Okay, I saw a quick eye catching listing on google after searching for "Superlative Websites Suck." I am a technology professional and Realtor in Arizona. I am so absolutely sick of the sites out there for Realtors. They suck. They just suck. The median age for Realtors dictates that they'll suck. I am 35. I am Gen X, and I am fed up with the crap.

I'm working on http://www.sonoranhouse.com, which is a wordpress based site...but the one thing that I don't have experience with or the key to is providing search results within my site template. I designed the template from the ground up and implemented what I could based on the crap that my Broker's web designers have published, but searching for a property takes the user to another site.

How have you guys addressed this issue, especially in Arizona, where the MLS system is so strict?
